The Issyk Kul region, a stunning yet underdeveloped destination in Kyrgyzstan, lacked a cohesive hospitality offering that could position it as a global resort hotspot. With its breathtaking landscapes, the area needed a vision that seamlessly integrated modern amenities with the cultural and natural heritage of the site. The challenge was to create a destination that balanced sustainable development, guest appeal, and a deep sense of place, addressing the demand for immersive and community-driven experiences.

The Result
The Resort Village concept redefines lakeside hospitality with a master plan that blends sustainability, biophilic design, and community-focused spaces. The design leverages the site’s natural contours and breathtaking views to create distinct zones—ranging from vibrant plazas and wellness retreats to serene lakefront residences. Central to the concept are dynamic public spaces, such as a large central park and thematic water features, designed to foster community and enhance guest engagement. The project integrates innovative mobility solutions and modular building strategies, creating a regenerative and future-ready destination that celebrates the unique character of Issyk Kul.
Integration with Nature: Designed to harmonize with the lake’s natural contours and landscapes, incorporating biophilic elements to enhance the connection between guests and the environment.
Sustainability and Regeneration: Focused on creating a walkable community, using modular construction methods, renewable materials, and energy-efficient systems to minimize environmental impact.
